Processing Time

We strive to provide you with the fastest delivery, normally, the whole processing and shipping period will take 7-14 business days, however please allow 28-30 days for items to arrive before contacting us, until 30 days have passed we can not start the refund process and it’s likely your order will arrive within this time frame.

COVID-19

In light of the current pandemic of the COVID-19, the normal operation of all couriers around the world has been affected, this includes our courier partners, the order shipping will may appearance 3-5 business days delay. International Buyers

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Exchange/Return items

May I cancel my order?

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

About return & exchange

We accept returns on most items for a full refund for any reason within 14 days of the receipt. Any returns after this period will not be accepted.

The process before you send the product back

You only need to contact us and inform us of your return and the reason for the return.

If you want to exchange, please refer to the return steps, informing us that you want to exchange through email. Please place a new order of the item you want to exchange after you got the reply. The refund is automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

The requirement for products that can be returned:
– Your items must be unworn. No signs of wear or damage.
– Keep original packaging in the same condition when you received it. Include all tags and boxes.
– To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not throw away the receipt and send it back with your order.
– Please use a small box when you return the product.

Giftlyonline.com doesn’t accept return or exchange when the product:
Final Sale or Markdown Sale Items
Worn Items or Items damaged due to normal wear.
No original packaging (include box and pouch).
The customer needs to bear a $20 return charge.
But if you want to exchange, we will only charge you at most a $20 return fee, which means we will not charge the shipping fee for your exchange product. The return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refund process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. If the request is approved, we will process your refund and automatically & deduct the corresponding amount from your credit card or the original payment method. This process may take up to 3 weeks from the date of receipt of processing.
